Hello! The CRP Certification program is for people with at least an intermediate level of experience with CRP. At a minimum this means you’ve had a solid introduction to the steps, values, and facilitation principles of the Process, and that you’ve had some additional experience to deepen understanding and build competency. The nature of your first exposure can vary (studying either of the Lerman/Borstel books about CRP, taking an introductory training, working in a context where CRP is actively used) but it’s important that your grasp of CRP’s essential ideas has been advanced through hands-on practice.

Time-commitment:

The CRP Certification program is an intensive course of study, with high expectations for self-directed study, collaboration, and peer-to-peer mentorship.

Specific time commitments include:

availability for the initiating gathering, March 6-9, 2025 + travel-time, in the Washington, DC area
spend 25-30 hrs/month on course-related readings, calls, mentoring, the design and completion of a practice-project, and other activities
attend monthly webinars with course leaders and other participants
participate in monthly peer-mentoring phone-calls

If you expect to be moving, going through a job transition, or to have other major change-of-life events in the course of the program, please carefully and honestly assess your ability to commit to a program of this intensity.*
Specific time commitments include: availability for the initiating gathering, March 6-9, 2025 plus travel-time, in the Washington, DC area (timing and format are subject to change based on public health conditions and guidelines); spend 25-30 hrs/month on course-related readings, calls, mentoring, a self-designed practice project, and other activities; attend monthly webinars with course leaders and other participants; participate in monthly peer-mentoring phone-calls.
