Tashi Gore is a trainer and facilitator for the Critical Response Process and part of the Federation of Scottish Theatre CRP facilitators network. Tashi is based in Scotland and the South West of England but works across the UK and Internationally. Tashi uses CRP in multiple contexts within her work, in community, youth theatre/dance, higher arts education and criminal justice contexts as well as in audience development. Her particular areas of research lie in how to lead with the values of CRP, to embed the principles into processes designed to support artist development and the creation of new work through equipping practitioners with the tools to support the development of their own work. Tashi is Associate Director at Dundee Rep and Scottish Dance Theatre and co-artistic director of Glass Performance. She co-authored A Beginner’s Guide to Devising Theatre published by Bloomsbury in 2019.
