Phoenix, AZ // Certified in 2022

Trinity Lugo (they/she) is a Latinx artist who is based in Phoenix, Arizona; they work for a local non-profit youth leadership theatre organization called Rising Youth Theatre, who works at the intersections of social justice and art making. They became part of the CRP 2020 cohort, and have been certificated since then, mainly focusing and specializing in using CRP in an organizational workspace and protocol. Thinking and wanting to shift the ways of a workspace to become more connected, healthy, and rewarding in regards to giving and receiving feedback; about the work, working together, structures, etc. They also focus on how to integrate and adapt CRP for youth (as young as four) to learn and comprehend so they can have and to use as a tool; as a practice they will continue as they grow.
