Kevin A. Ormsby has performed in Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean grounding his work in the Critical Response Process (CRP) since 2008. Program Manager at Cultural Pluralism in the Arts Movement Ontario (CPAMO), he infuses CRP in the training, education, and development of EDI frameworks for the Arts Sector. Artistic Director of KasheDance, Kevin’s work with the CRP enhances choreography, used as professional development while eliciting feedback from creative collaborators. A nominee for the 2023 Johanna Metcalf Performing Arts Prize, he is a recipient of Canada Council for the Arts’ Victor Martyn Lynch – Staunton Award a Chalmers Fellowship and was a Toronto Arts Council Cultural Leaders Fellow. He is a contributor to “Critique is Creative: The Critical Response Process® in Theory and Action.”
