Aimee L. McCoy is a facilitator, consultant, and multidisciplinary artist whose work has been expanded by the Critical Response Process as a framework for clarity, trust, and forward movement. She was introduced to CRP in 2017 during an artist conference and retreat, where the process immediately resonated with her both as an artist and as someone committed to understanding situations fully and moving forward with intention and strategy.
Aimee is the founder of ALM Consulting LLC, where she supports businesses and nonprofits and arts organizations in strengthening communication, navigating difficult conversations, and building aligned teams. She is also a co-founder of The Artizen Company Unlimited LLC, a multidisciplinary film and theatre company grounded in faith, community, and immersive storytelling. Across both practices, Aimee works to deepen conversations, create shared experience and cooperation, and help individuals and groups make grounded, values-aligned decisions, many in moments of complexity and change.
