Erika R. Moore is an Assistant Professor of Arts in Medicine at the University of Florida, a facilitator, and an arts and culture strategist working at the intersection of leadership, health, and human connection. A member of the first cohort of certified Critical Response Process (CRP) practitioners, she has been guiding individuals and institutions through this transformative methodology since 2015. Her work spans global organizations and communities, including Google, the New York City Department of Education, cultural affairs initiatives in Hawai‘i, higher education, and institutions such as Carnegie Hall.
With an MFA in Dance from Arizona State University, Erika brings an embodied and intuitive approach to her practice, using CRP as both a tool and a philosophy, one that invites reflection, accountability, and deeper self-knowing. Rooted in arts in health, her work supports leadership development, staff training, and the design of responsive, human-centered systems that move people, not just organizations, forward.
Her happiest moments are often found in motion, on a long run or bike ride through a new city, where curiosity, rhythm, and possibility meet.
Areas of interest:
- AOI – CRP as a framework for leadership development and decision-making
- CRP building cultures of reflection, accountability, and care
