Michele Clark (she/her) is a certified practitioner of the Critical Response Process (CRP), an educator, and an environmental scientist. She works to integrate CRP into mentor-mentee relationships in higher education, advocating that a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities in collaborative pursuits fosters more creative and impactful science.

Michele is an experienced facilitator with the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER) and the founder of the Mutually Enriching Mentorship program at Arizona State University. Her ongoing projects focus on centering diverse ways of knowing and uplifting marginalized voices through community-based research approaches.

She is particularly interested in applying CRP across STEM disciplines, higher education systems, bureaucracies, and industry, with the goal of increasing creativity and inclusivity in the sciences.
